【味噌を作ろう】〜はじめましての気持ちを仕込む〜
場所：釜ヶ崎芸術大学（ココルーム）
日時：2024年4月5日（金）16時〜19時
味噌をみんなでつくってみませんか？
作った味噌は一年かけて熟成させます。
味噌作りとともに、1年後の誰かに向けて手紙を書くワークショップもします。1年後、完成した味噌で作った味噌汁をのみながら、手紙を読むイベントも予定しています。
体験してみたい人はだれでも参加してくださいね。

Would you like to try making Miso together?
Miso is one of the seasonings used in various Japanese dishes such as miso soup.
Miso is completed after making it, then letting it rest and matured for one year.
While making miso, we will also have a workshop on writing a letter to someone one year from now.
Let’s read the letter while drinking miso soup made with the miso that was perfected a year later.
Anyone who wants to experience it is welcome to participate. Donations are also and always welcome.
